Standard Project

these encompass basic human needs such as food and hygiene, education, housing, sustainable development. Max. budget $500. Requires 30 likes to go to funding queue.

Fundraising Projects
(requires PwH Governance Board approval)

these include basic human needs such as food and hygiene, education, housing, sustainable development.
Budget > $500 < $5,000. Requires 50 likes to go to funding queue.

  • The project owner fundraises for the project during pre-defined timeline.
  • PwH helps promote the project on Internal Channels
  • There will be no PwH matching for the collected donations *The local affiliate may match their employees’ donations
  • When the fundraiser ends, PwH transfers the collected funds (if collected via Stripe) either to project owner account, appointed supplier or PM affiliate.
  • The project owner is responsible to provide proof of performance and the closing documents for the actual amount spent and project results.
Global Projects
(requires GB approval and related to a natural disaster or a large scale crises)

these include basic human needs such as food and hygiene, education, housing, sustainable development. Budget > $500. Requires 150 likes to go to funding queue

  • Local affiliate of the affected market initiates charitable activities/contribution and PwH serves as an additional channel allowing PMI employees to join in the event.
  • The Global campaign shall be requested by the Senior Management team of the affiliate or the Region.
  • The scope and the campaign’s period is defined by the affiliate and PwH.
  • During the campaign’s period all donations received via the platform (incl. the monthly subscriptions) support the campaign’s fund.
  • The affiliate is responsible for the beneficiaries’ due diligence checks and required to prepare all necessary documents incl. agreements, contracts, reports.
